My Aviation Journey

My aviation journey began when my mother pushed me to take my very first discovery flight.  From the time I showed up at the airport and stepped onto the ramp I was hooked.  Soon after my discovery flight, I began pursuing my Private Pilot Certificate while also working and going to school for my bachelors degree.  Due to school, I moved from California to Hawaii where I continued training for my Private Pilot Certificate.  Training out of Honolulu International Airport and flying from one island to the next was an amazing experience.  When my time in Hawaii was finished, I returned to California and finished up my Private Pilot Certificate.  Over the next year and a half, I graduated college with a bachelors degree in history and completed the rest of my flight training.  I worked my way through every single rating to become a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), Certified Flight Instructor-Instrument (CFII), and a Multiengine Instructor (MEI).
